We specialize in independent films, games, and television projects with budgets typically ranging from $50,000 to $2 million. Our focus is on projects with strong commercial or festival potential, and we work with both first-time and established filmmakers.

No. We are a financing partner first, not a producer. We do not claim intellectual property or creative control. Our role is to provide access to financing while you retain full ownership of your project.

Because we focus on indie projects, we need to be sure that you have the legal ownership to the project. Financing a project that the filmmaker does not have ownership to could make us and the filmmaker liable for any damages that may result.

No. Our focus is strictly on financing solutions. We do not directly provide pre-production, production, post-production, or marketing services. Those responsibilities remain fully with the client and their creative team.
However, through our industry network, we can refer you to trusted partners — including experienced production companies, post-production vendors, and marketing/distribution specialists — if you need introductions. These referrals are independent of our financing services, and we do not take ownership or control of your project’s creative or marketing decisions.

Every project is unique and should be treated as such. We create customized financing stacks, which may include but are not limited to:
Tax Incentive Advances (against state rebates and credits)
Equity Investors
Crowdfunding
Gap Financing
SBA or Film-Friendly Bank Loan Packaging
Completion Bond Facilitation
Vendor/Service Credit Negotiation

Unlike most financing companies, we don’t take a creative stake or ownership share in your project. We also have a strong focus on independent production. Instead, we provide a combination of equity investments and structured financing tools that are collateral-backed and repeatable, ensuring filmmakers can fund projects without sacrificing IP rights or control.

Not currently. Our primary focus is on U.S.-based productions. We can partner with projects filming internationally as long as the home base is in the U.S. with U.S producers. However, we are not working with fully international productions.
